Nous sommes une ressource au service de leurs enjeux. Répondre à une demande n'est pas juste.

6/ Manque ? une étape : le référencement. Ex la procédure de mise en place du K chez Renault trucks : un dossier de 30 pages, pour être recommandable. Minimum 2 heures. Deux femmes.

7/ Suis-je à l'aise avec l'anti-vente ?

Options, l'autonomie, mon attitude : lui faire dire pourquoi il a besoin de moi, et voir s'il n'a pas la ressource interne.
